Kim serves as Adjunct Faculty of the International Integrative Nurse Coach Program and has served as leadership faculty of the Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence. She lives and hosts retreats in the beautiful Virgin Islands and enjoys an active life as a sailor, paddle boarder and yoga instructor. SUSAN PECK has practiced as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner for 17 years. She works in a large mulit-specialty private practice group in Northern New Jersey.  Her clinical expertise is in gynecology and well woman care and she has a special interest in contraception and lowering the rate of unintended pregnancy.   CYNDY KRENING  received her BSN from the University of Northern Colorado, and her MS in Parent-Child Nursing from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She holds certifications in ACLS, inpatient obstetrics, critical care obstetrics, neonatal resuscitation, and electronic fetal monitoring. She has worked in the inpatient setting for 36 years – 34 of those years in obstetrics. She has worked as a labor and delivery staff nurse, charge nurse, nurse manager, outreach coordinator, high-risk OB flight nurse and perinatal clinicalnurse specialist. Within the obstetrical arena, Cyndy is active in AWHONN locally, at the state level, and is currently on the national Board of Directors for AWHONN. She is published and on the editorial board of The Journal of Perinatal and Neonatal Nursing. Cyndy has served on the test committees for NCC’sInpatient OB and EFM certification exams, and represents nursing on the Colorado Maternal Mortality committee. Cyndy loves to teach, and has provided thousands of hours of education to nursing audiences locally, regionally and nationally. CATHERINE HILL, MSN, FNP-BC, is currently serving as the project manager and co-lead to AWHONN the neonatal skin care science team for the 4th revision of the Evidence-Based Clinical Practice Guideline. She is a nurse program development specialist at the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses and is a nurse practitioner currently working in the area of pediatrics. She has over 30 years of experience as a clinician, educator, and faculty member. Her current work with AWHONN involves development of educational products, evidence-based guidelines, and both national and international speaking on evidence-based practices and newborn skin care. JULIE BOUCHET-HORWITZ is a nurse practitioner and international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC). She is the founder and Executive Director of The New York Milk Bank and has a private practice specializing in breastfeeding in Irvington, NY. She gathered a team of 5 women who over 2 years established the New York Milk Bank which officially opened last year in Hastings, New York. The New York Milk Bank collects extra breast milk from healthy lactating women, pasteurizes it and distributes it to infants in need especially premature and sick babies. Julie is the past president of the Westchester Putnam Rockland Lactation Consortium, the tri-county professional lactation organization. She has published articles on breastfeeding for Mothering Magazine, and the peer-review journals of Clinical Lactation, and ICAN: Infant Children and Adolescent Nutrition. MARY LYNN BRASSIL is the Perinatal CNS and Coordinator of the Perinatal Bereavement Team at Winthrop University Hospital and the Chair of the Executive Advisory Board of the Nassau County Perinatal Services Network and a member of AWHONN. She received her BSN at Molloy College and her MS from SUNY Stony Brook in obstetrics. She is certified in Electronic Fetal Monitoring, childbirth education, an NRP instructor and recently became an AWHONN EFM instructor. She has both NICU and OB experience. Ms Brassil was the founder of the PMAD screening program at NYU Winthrop Hospital and brought this public health issueforward to the Nassau County Perinatal Network in 2005. She participates on multiple hospital safety committees, an active leader in coordinating multidisciplinary education projects; unit based emergency drills and the Chairof the Planning Committee for the Perinatal Nursing Symposium. Ms Brassil has provided poster and podium presentations on local, state and national levels including the AWHONN Conventions in Nashville, TN, Denver Colorado, and Grapevine Texas. Ms. Brassil works closely with the Nassau County PMAD Task Force, electedofficials, obstetricians, pediatricians, behavioral health professionals providing education, coordinating follow up services, and advocating for women and families faced with the challenges PMAD bring. JOY PAVSIC, MSN, RN, IBCLC is the Assistant Nurse Manager of Mother Baby at NYU Langone Health located in New York, NY. She received her bachelors degree from Long lsland University and her masters degree in Nursing lnformatics from New York University. Joy has been a Mother Baby Nurse for 10 years and an lnternational Board Certified Lactation Consultant since 2010. She coordinates quality improvement projects including but not limiied to infant security, pain management, and breastfeeding practices. Joy also promotes and assists with service based patient and staff satisfaction initiatives. Her latest endeavor includes coordination of the Perinatal Care Certification at NYU Langone Health. AMY IMOSSI, MSN, BSN,RN, IBCLC, has 15 years of experience in obstetrical nursing  and is currently working as an OB nursing simulation fellow at NYU Langone Medical Center.  She has previously worked as a mother/baby and L&D staff nurse, nurse educator, and Baby-Friendly coordinator.  She is also a  facilitator of inter-professional obstetrical emergency simulations and a hospital based neonatal resuscitation program instructor.
